China News Service, October 20th. The China Condiment Association recently announced the draft of the group standard "Laotan Pickled Cabbage" for comments. The publicity date is as of November 20, 2022.

The draft for comments stipulates the terms and definitions, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of Laotan sauerkraut, and is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of Laotan sauerkraut.
