The 42nd edition of GITEX Global, which concludes today, provided innovative and funny technical experiences that attracted visitors, providing a combination of displaying the latest global technology practices, and artistic and entertainment shows for visitors.

On a tour between the exhibition pavilions, "Emirates Today" monitored the demand for visitors to try drawing faces remotely using the virtual drawing technology launched by the Communications Regulatory Authority and the Digital Government "Tdra".

The experience provides visitors to sit in front of a large screen equipped with modern technologies that allow a professional painter sitting in a European country, to draw the face of each visitor in a caricature and accurately to the features of the faces and display them after drawing in front of each visitor, with the possibility of sending the drawing to the visitor via e-mail once registered by scanning the "barcode". Various platforms in the exhibition attracted visitors to the experiences of practicing different sports using artificial intelligence-supported systems, through virtual screens that simulate the stadiums designated for those sports.

Among the most prominent of these sports is "Tennis", which provided visitors to the exhibition with the possibility of playing solo or in a double team with virtual players through giant screens facing visitors using smart technologies.

Platforms also offered visitors the experience of playing the game of "golf" by default and through smart technologies that simulate reality through stereoscopic screens, while other platforms allowed the practice of different sports through the "Metaverse" technology.
