flydubai launches daily flights to Gan Airport in the Maldives

flydubai continues to expand its operations to the Maldives as it prepares to launch a new daily service to Gan International Airport from 4 February 2023.



The airline started its operations to the Maldives in 2013 with the launch of direct flights to Velana International Airport in the capital, Male, and with the start of the new daily service to the Maldives. Gan Next year, the airline will increase its flights to this market, reaching 28 flights per week.

flydubai is the first airline from the Emirates to operate flights to Gan International Airport, which is located on the island of Gan in the south of the Maldives.



Flights will operate daily from Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport to Gan International Airport, and flights will be within the codeshare with Emirates Airlines, providing passengers with more options for connecting flights through the International Aviation Center in Dubai.
