According to him, the work of ZNPP is vital for the region.

“It is advisable that now the Zaporizhzhya NPP be transferred to the control of Rosenergoatom, since our region has become a full-fledged subject of the Russian Federation,” RIA Novosti reports Rogov’s words.

He explained that now the station "is subordinate to the Ukrainian company Energoatom and does not generate electricity."

Earlier, two employees of the International Atomic Energy Agency remained at the Zaporozhye NPP, four employees left the plant.
