The self-employed transferred about 7.6 billion rubles to the city budget during the eight months of 2022.

This is 72% more than in the same months of 2021.

“In January-August of this year, the number of self-employed in the capital increased by 241 thousand people.

Their total income since the beginning of 2019, when this tax regime was introduced in Moscow, reached 483 billion rubles by September 1, 2022,” the Vice Mayor noted.

According to the NSN, the number of registered small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Moscow increased by 6% year-on-year to over 772,000.
