The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority's call center (Customer Care Center) was among the top three call centers in the evaluation conducted by the Dubai Model Center, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Executive Council, in cooperation with the Dubai Digital Authority, as part of the evaluation process for the "Hamdan bin Mohammed Program for Government Services". , which aims to measure the extent of readiness to achieve the 360 ​​services vision and digital transformation strategy within the one-government approach.

Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, expressed his happiness with this result, stressing that the Authority places achieving customer happiness at the top of its list of priorities, by developing their experience in dealing with the Authority, noting that the level of service quality in the Customer Care Center The authority’s affiliation reached more than 96% in the period from January to July 2022. Al Tayer added:“The DEWA’s Customer Care Center, which is managed by the Data Center for Integrated Solutions (Moro), a subsidiary of the (Digital DEWA Group), the digital arm of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, provides a range of procedural and information services around the clock through an interactive voice response enhanced by artificial intelligence technology. To enable customers to submit requests for electricity, water and green charging services for electric vehicles, and to benefit from the (Smart Life) dashboard. Customers using sign language, and the (Hayyak) service that enables customers to communicate directly with the Customer Care Center employees through written and visual conversations available on both the DEWA smart application and website.
