The text of the attached document notes that the incidents were the result of deliberate actions.

Danish and Swedish authorities will investigate.

Earlier, the President of Russia, in a conversation with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, gave a fundamental assessment of the sabotage on the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines.

The location of physical damage to both Nord Stream lines has been determined; they are located in the exclusive economic zone of Denmark and Sweden.
