“It is important that in difficult times for the global economy and public life, representatives of the state, business, scientific, public circles and the media from Russia and other countries gather on one platform for an honest dialogue and exchange of views on the prospects for world energy,” said the Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.

Much attention at the forum will be paid to the environmental and social agenda, issues of social policy of companies will be raised, including investment in personnel.

At the end of August, Novak held a working meeting of the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the international forum "Russian Energy Week".
