The donut chain `` Mister Donut '' has decided to raise the price of almost all donuts and pies from November this year, as raw material prices and logistics costs continue to rise against the background of the weak yen.

"Mr. Donut" has also raised the price in March, and most of the products will be raised for the second time this year.

According to "Duskin", which operates "Mr. Donut", the tax-excluded price will be raised from 10 yen to 20 yen from November 25 for 39 types of donuts and pies that are currently on sale.

The main products "Pon de Ring" and "Old Fashion" will be priced from the current 120 yen to 140 yen without tax, and "Angel Cream" will be reduced from the current 140 yen to 150 yen.

"Duskin" said that the reason for the price increase is that the procurement price of raw materials such as flour and edible oil, as well as the price of packaging materials and transportation costs continue to rise against the background of the weak yen and the situation in Ukraine. .

"Mr. Donut" has also raised the price in March this year, and it will be the second price increase for most products.

On the other hand, the prices of yamcha and drinks will remain unchanged.

Duskin said, ``We judged that it would be difficult for the company to absorb the cost increase through internal efforts, so we decided to revise the price in order to continue to provide products stably while maintaining the current quality.'' I am commenting.
