Emirates Airlines wins 3 awards from Skytrax 2022

 Emirates Airlines has won three awards at the 2022 Skytrax World Airlines Awards.

The three awards are: World's Best Economy Class, World's Best Economy Food Service, and World's Best Inflight Entertainment for the 17th consecutive time.

Winning these prestigious awards is a testament to the airline's commitment to providing the best in-flight experience to customers, as passengers in Economy Class enjoy the spacious cabin, carefully-crafted menus, an unparalleled range of entertainment options, and thoughtful amenities such as toys, children's toys and more.

At a time when cost cutting has become the norm, Emirates is investing in the long term to continue improving its products and services across all classes.


The honor comes on the heels of Emirates’ recent announcement of an investment of more than $2 billion to enhance its customers’ onboard experience, including one of the largest retrofit projects in aviation history, which includes a cabin upgrade for 120 aircraft, and a product and service delivery model focused on Hospitality across all cabins, starting this year.

Emirates will also invest more than $350 million in next-generation inflight entertainment systems with Thales to allow passengers to experience a massive library of 5,000 channels on high definition screens, as well as a host of other advanced technology features in its future Airbus A350 fleet. .
