The growth comes from Hema's nationwide deployment of the flower industry from 2021, using a supply chain of direct delivery from the origin warehouse, trunk line transportation, processing from the sales warehouse, and end-to-end distribution.

  Pang Jiulin, a lawyer from Beijing Chunlin Law Firm, told the Red Star Capital Bureau that "independent industrial and commercial individuals" include companies, enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households, and are not individuals.

The main difference between it and ordinary labor relations is that there is no need to pay social security benefits and other responsibilities.

Lawyer Pang believes that independent industrial and commercial individuals do not join as employees, so Hema does not need to assume the relevant responsibilities of employers to employees, but pays remuneration based on the completion of tasks agreed by both parties.

  Lawyer Zhu Jieping, the founding partner of Taikun Law, told the Red Star Capital Bureau that "independent industrial and commercial individual" is not a legal title in the standard sense. From the perspective of its legal consequences, the title may correspond to "individual industrial and commercial households".

From a comprehensive analysis, Hema hopes to avoid labor relations by changing the legal relationship, so as to reduce labor costs and labor legal risks.
