When answering according to the phone guidance, AI (artificial intelligence) analyzes more than 1000 elements such as tone of voice and speed of answer, and the result is reported by voice whether there is a suspicion of dementia on the spot. .



It takes about 1 minute to make a judgment, and the company says that it can check with a 93% probability whether there is a suspicion of mild dementia.



According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, there are more than 6 million elderly people with dementia in Japan, and by 2025, it is estimated that there will be about 7 million people, or 1 in 5 people aged 65 and over.

Takuji Muto, deputy sales manager of NTT Communications, who planned the service, said that his grandparents had the experience of dementia, and that "dementia cannot be noticed unless it becomes something familiar, so please feel free to use it." .
