"

The action of this police does not achieve any result, except to cause damage to the country

", declared for his part the deputy Jalal Rashidi Koochi.

Counter-revolutionary groups among the demonstrators?

Before leaving for New York, President Raissi had himself called the father of the young girl to assure him of his support and to promise him an investigation to shed light on the conditions of his death.

But the official media are beginning to denounce the action of counter-revolutionary groups among the demonstrators, in particular by broadcasting images of people burning the Iranian flag or attacking ambulances or even veiled women.

According to the governor of Tehran, three foreign nationals were also arrested among the protesters.
