As of 10:52 Moscow time, the Moscow Exchange index fell by 1.48% to 2394.59 points.

The RTS index fell by 1.42% to 1254.8 points.

On September 12, the Moscow Exchange opened access for non-resident clients from unfriendly countries to the stock market and repo transactions with the Central Committee and bonds.
