A report by the website stated that "Nahda Dubai" is divided into three main complexes: "Al Nahda 1, Al Nahda 2" and "Al Nahda 3", which is still in the development and construction stages, noting that the three complexes include various service and entertainment facilities.

According to the report, "Al Nahda 2" ranked first in searches via Bayut.com with 67.3%, followed by "Al Nahda 1" with 32.7%.
