Emirates Group offers new and diverse opportunities to citizens

The Emirates Group called on Emirati graduates to take advantage of the new and diverse career and professional opportunities in the aviation sector, which the group provides during its participation in the "Emirates Vision Careers" exhibition, which will be held from 20 to 22 September at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The new edition of the exhibition, which is held this year under the theme "The Future of Work", will witness in-depth and extensive dialogues on the ever-changing work environment and the challenges of the post-pandemic market.

The Emirates Group stated in a statement today that it is working to recruit Emiratis to occupy a group of positions in various departments.

It currently offers 500 jobs to UAE nationals, ranging from entry-level to senior management positions.

Emirati high school graduates have the opportunity to apply for work in the following programmes:

Citizen Pilot Program.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Program.

National Scholarship Programs.

Customer service specialists.

- The National Program for Hospitality Staff.

As for Emirati university graduates, they can apply to work in the following fields:

Citizens Graduate Program.

Information Technology Graduate Program

Senior Software Engineer.

The Emirates Group also offers an internship program that gives recent graduates the opportunity to gain first-hand work experience across various departments within the group.

New employees receive theoretical and practical training in order to be able to fully integrate into their new roles and contribute effectively to the growth of the business and operations of the Emirates Group and the aviation industry in general.

Customer service specialists undergo extensive 12-month training that includes honing their personal and technical skills.

Candidates for the National Cabin Crew Program also undergo a 7-week training course to qualify to work and represent their home country on Emirates flights, the world's largest international airline.
