Ministry of Finance: Russia's budget surplus for January-August decreased to 137.4 billion rubles

According to RIA Novosti, in January-August, the volume of income received amounted to 17.607 trillion rubles.

In particular, oil and gas revenues reached 7.818 trillion rubles, and non-oil and gas - 9.788 trillion rubles.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia's budget this year will be in surplus, despite all the "gloomy forecasts."
