The number of layers of moon cake packaging all meet the standard

  According to the China Consumers Association, according to the survey results, the

number of layers of moon cake packaging meets the requirements of mandatory national standards

. Among them, 7,191 products browsed online and 12 stores randomly visited offline did not find that the number of packaging layers did not meet the standard. At the same time, the consumer rights protection volunteers of the China Consumers Association also reported that they did not find that the number of layers of moon cake packaging exceeded the standard.

There are fewer "high-priced" mooncakes, and more "people-friendly" mooncakes

  According to the China Consumers Association, the survey found that

it is difficult to find boxed mooncakes that cost more than 500 yuan on various platforms.

Judging from the price of moon cakes purchased online, the lowest price is 39.9 yuan, the highest price is 474.05 yuan, and the average price is 220 yuan.

  In addition, random offline visits to various supermarkets found that

most of the mooncakes sold on the market are priced at 100-300 yuan

. The investigators only found that a mooncake of more than 500 yuan was on sale, but there was no excessive packaging, and the rest did not see 500 yuan. Mooncakes above.

Mixing phenomenon exists sporadically

  According to the China Consumers Association, judging from the browsing situation on various platforms, the moon cakes produced after the implementation of the new standard on August 15 (inclusive) have sporadic mixed packaging.

  In order to verify the mixed packaging, investigators purchased multiple brands of allegedly mixed mooncake products from 6 platforms on September 2. The production dates of these mooncakes were all after August 15. It was verified that

there were 5 brands of mooncakes. There are different situations in which moon cakes are mixed with tea, red wine, chocolate, scented candles, soap flowers, shadow play props, knives and forks, etc.

  Among them, 2 brands are mixed with knives and forks and purchased from Taobao platform and Pinduoduo mall respectively; the other 3 brands are mixed with other products, namely: Jingdong Mall Tianyang Yuexi, Pinduoduo Mall Ruiminjia, Jingdong Mall In Zhaozhuang Yeshu and Tianyang Yuexi, there are still cases where there is no factory name, factory address, product implementation standards and other relevant information on the inner and outer packaging of moon cakes.

  Judging from the offline random survey of supermarkets,

there is no mixed package of mooncakes produced after August 15.

Very few cases of unqualified void ratio exist

  According to the China Consumers Association, online browsing found that some moon cakes have a high degree of suspicion that the void ratio does not meet the standard.

  In order to further verify the situation, the investigators purchased some moon cakes with highly suspected void ratios that did not meet the standards on September 2. Through measurement and calculation, it was found that

there were 3 brands of moon cakes with void ratios that did not meet the relevant standards,

respectively 8 .

Buying mooncakes online, some merchants are slow to deliver

  The China Consumers Association also mentioned that the investigators placed an order to buy some moon cakes online on September 2. Monitoring logistics information found that 2 moon cakes had not been received by 24:00 on September 7. The merchants involved are: Taobao The flagship store of the platform's golden formula and the flagship store of Taobao platform yotime, when consulting customer service, they told the order to arrange delivery according to the payment time or to reply by a robot, and the delivery was slow.
