It is reported by "Kommersant" with reference to several sources.

“Russia decided to expand supplies from Belarus in the face of problems with sales of Belarusian refineries, which worsened after the cessation of fuel exports to Ukraine,” the newspaper writes.

It is specified that the corresponding step is currently being discussed by the Ministry of Energy of Russia, as well as the Russian Ministry of Finance.

According to the pricing agency Argus, Belarus previously provided almost half of Ukraine's total gasoline imports and more than a third of diesel fuel imports.

It is emphasized that deliveries to Russia without a damper will be unprofitable for Belarus, and such operations are almost never carried out, therefore, in Russia they are discussing how to pay a damper to Belarusian factories.

Earlier, Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko spoke about the development of new agricultural machinery by Russia and Belarus.
