For the third day in a row, Egypt is witnessing a rise in the price of the dollar

The price of the dollar rose in Egypt this morning, for the third day in a row, to record 19.27 pounds for purchase and 19.30 for sale.

The dollar returned to record gains against the Egyptian pound, starting last Tuesday, after its stability since the beginning of this month.

The severe shortage of foreign currency in Egypt in the past six months has caused difficulties for banks and importers regarding the payment of letters of credit needed to release their goods from customs.

The price of the dollar rose this morning inside the Arab African International Bank, to record the price of 19.2 pounds for purchase and 19.3 pounds for sale.

In the National Bank of Egypt, the price of the dollar rose to record the price of 19.22 pounds for purchase, and the dollar recorded the price of 19.28 pounds for sale, while the price of the dollar inside the Bank of Egypt recorded 19.22 pounds for purchase, and 19.28 pounds for sale.

The price of the dollar at the Commercial International Bank rose to record 19.24 pounds for sale, and 19.3 pounds for purchase.
