According to her, the yuan is more likely than other regional currencies to become a full-fledged world reserve currency against the background of the growth of China's gold reserves and Beijing's agreements with a number of countries on the use of national currencies in trade relations, as well as on the placement of government savings and reserves of central banks in Chinese assets.
