Dubai records 508 sales with 1.15 billion dirhams

Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.9 billion dirhams.

The department stated in the daily report of the actions, that 508 sales worth 1.15 billion dirhams were recorded, including 60 allegiance to land, worth 225.21 million dirhams, and 448 sales to apartments and villas, worth 920.51 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 737.29 million dirhams, including 17 mortgages of land, worth 554.04 million dirhams, and 66 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 183.26 million dirhams.

The donations witnessed the registration of 21 donations, worth 84.81 million dirhams, most notably in the fourth Al-Thaniya area, with a value of 45 million dirhams, and another in the third Al-Thaniya area with six million dirhams.

The most important land sales came in the areas of “Wadi Al-Safa 3” and Al-Markadh, where “Wadi Al-Safa 3” witnessed two pledges, each worth 14 million dirhams, while “Al-Markadh” recorded a pledge of 14 million dirhams as well.

"Al Habiya Fifth" topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, with 28 pledges worth 57 million dirhams, followed by the Fourth Al Habiya area with nine pledges of 41 million dirhams, and the third in "Al-Markadh" with four pledges of 37 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, the Palm Jumeirah area recorded three sales, the first with a value of 92 million dirhams, the second with a value of 87 million dirhams, while the third sale was at 23 million dirhams.

"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 80 pledges worth 108 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 43 pledges of 120 million dirhams, and third in "Al Barsha South Third" with 36 pledges worth 22 million dirhams.
