Expo City Dubai opens “Alef” and “Terra” to visitors

Yesterday, Expo City Dubai opened the Alef Mobility and Terra Sustainability Pavilions, in preparation for receiving visitors in many distinguished destinations during this month and next October.

Anousha Al Marzouki, Director of Culture and Education Department at Dubai Expo City, said that the Dubai Expo City is a destination for innovation, creativity, business and entertainment, noting that the "Terra" pavilion for sustainability and the "Alef" pavilion for mobility were opened yesterday.

She added that next month will witness the opening of Al Wasl Square, the Vision Pavilion, the Women's Pavilion, surreal waterfalls and children's play areas, and that later in the year the Opportunities Pavilion will turn into the "Expo 2020 Dubai Museum", to be a new addition that sheds light on the history and impact of the "International Expo", It celebrates the success of the international event.

Al Marzouki stated that Expo Dubai is an extension of the legacy of the global event of "Expo 2020 Dubai", pointing out that research conducted during the "Expo 2020" period showed that more than 96% of Terra visitors made changes in their personal behavior to preserve The environment, sustainability, and the move towards a cleaner and healthier world, and more than 90% of Alef visitors see that the UAE and the Arab world are an example of progress and prosperity.

She stressed that the Expo City is open to the public, where they can visit and tour its pavilions, explaining that tickets to enter the pavilions are 50 dirhams per pavilion, while entry will be free for the "Terra" and "A" pavilions for people of determination and for children aged 12 years or less.
