For his part, an official in another shipping company, who identified himself as (AM), considered that determining a time for the shipment's arrival is very difficult, especially since shipments pass through other countries, and therefore the responsibility is not all on the company.

He explained that the continuation of some of the repercussions of “Corona” contributed to the delay in the arrival of some shipments, as well as the growth of shipping operations during some seasons, such as summer.

He pointed out that there is insurance on shipped goods, which includes valuable goods only, and does not apply to all shipments.

The Department has obligated shipping companies that the compensation should not be less than the estimated value of the goods.
