“If they impose price restrictions, then we will simply not supply oil and oil products to such companies or countries that will impose restrictions,” the Deputy Prime Minister said.
He explained that Russia would not work on non-market terms.
Earlier, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that the US authorities consider setting a ceiling price for Russian oil the most effective way to reduce Russia's income from energy exports.
It was also reported that the G7 countries will discuss on September 2 the initiative to limit prices for Russian oil.
