The percentage of Emirati women among the total female employees has increased to about 76% now in Etisalat Emirates, which is one of the first Emirati companies that contributed to empowering Emirati women, and provided a model that fulfills all the values ​​and orientations of the state regarding gender balance.

E&Etisalat celebrates Emirati Women’s Day, which comes this year under the slogan “An inspiring reality.. a sustainable future” under the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (Mother of the Nation). E&E Etisalat confirms that Emirati women enjoy the full support and job benefits that males enjoy within the company and at all levels, starting from the initial recruitment stages as a graduate trainee through all stages of training, qualification and development.

In this regard, Etisalat said: "These efforts are in line with our leadership's vision of supporting gender balance in all sectors, which is clearly evident with many women taking on increasingly prominent leadership roles in the government and private sectors in the UAE."

She explained that she offers many training and qualification benefits for Emirati women, which has raised the percentages and rates of her presence in the company, and has become one of the highest, not only in the local telecommunications sector, but also exceeded that, so that the share of Emirati women working in "Etisalat" is among the highest in the commercial sector in the country. As is the case with the level of Emiratisation in the company, which amounted to approximately 52%, while the percentage of female Emiratis reached 35% of the total Emirati employees in the company.
