The circular shows that in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law, the Cybersecurity Law, the Telecommunications Regulations, and the Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized a third-party testing agency to conduct inspections on hotels, catering, and minors concerned by the public. Mobile Internet applications (APPs) such as applications and third-party software development kits (SDKs) were inspected, and rectification requirements were put forward for a total of 227 APPs (SDKs) found to have violated the rights and interests of users.
Up to now, there are still 47 APPs (SDKs) that have not completed the rectification as required (see the attachment for details), which are now notified.

The above APP and SDK should complete the rectification and implementation work before September 5.
If rectification is not made within the time limit, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize relevant disposal work in accordance with laws and regulations.
