435 thousand electronic transactions conducted by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce within 6 months

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers under the Dubai Chambers umbrella, announced that it has achieved a growth in the number of electronic transactions by 10.4% during the first half of this year, bringing the number of completed electronic transactions to 435,000 transactions, noting that this enhances the Chamber's role in supporting Digital and smart transformation of the business environment, and enriches the experience of customers.

The Chamber confirmed that it applies best practices in the field of customer happiness and stimulating digital transformation.

This came during a virtual meeting between the Chamber and a high-level delegation, which included 22 directors of departments and sections in the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, during which the Chamber reviewed opportunities for joint cooperation in the areas of digital services and enhancing customer happiness.

The Executive Director of Commercial and Digital Services at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Saif Ali Hattawi, reviewed the various plans and initiatives that focus on the happiness of customers within the system and the business model of the Chamber, considering that the happiness of customers is a continuous journey that must not stop, and access to it enhances the reputation of the business environment in Dubai. and its place on the world stage.

Hattawi said that digital services are an essential part of the customer happiness journey, given the many benefits it provides to customers in terms of speed, efficiency and ease of completing their transactions, in addition to employees and the business community, pointing out that the biggest investment in customer happiness lies in providing a sophisticated and modern digital infrastructure that enhances Ease of doing business, and saving time and effort on the customer and employee alike.

It is noteworthy that the Dubai Chamber of Commerce owns an integrated system of smart and electronic services amounting to more than 50 services that cover all the needs and requirements of the business community, and enable investors to complete their transactions remotely with ease and in accordance with the highest international standards and practices.
