“The structure of international relations and foreign economic cooperation is going through rather difficult changes, which, among other things, are provoked by the collective actions of the West,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

At the same time, the Russian Prime Minister noted that the Eurasian Economic Union is proving its efficiency and stability in a difficult situation.

“Whether it is the coronavirus pandemic or pressure from other states, we are responding in a coordinated manner to new challenges, preventing the destruction of the economies of our countries, taking coordinated actions to mitigate the consequences of any restrictions,” he said.
