However, as a result of discussions among companies in response to the problem that Hino Motors submitted incorrect data such as exhaust gas to the government, it was decided to remove the name from the members.



Hino owns 10% of the company's shares, but will transfer all of it to its parent company, Toyota, and assume the minimum necessary role for ongoing projects.



Akio Toyoda, president of Toyota Motor Corporation, commented, "At present, we believe that Hino's participation will cause inconvenience to everyone, and we have decided that it is appropriate to expel him."



Regarding Hino, a new irregularity was found in an on-site inspection by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism this month, and it is an unusual situation that almost all trucks for the domestic market have stopped shipping.
