As of 12:40 Moscow time, the dollar exchange rate decreased by 85 kopecks, to 59.9 rubles, which is the minimum since August 3.

At the same time, the euro exchange rate decreased by 1 ruble, to 60.67 rubles. 

Earlier, the head of analytics and research at Accent Capital, Elena Mikhailova, said that the dollar will decline due to a decrease in demand for this currency in Russia. 

Vladislav Antonov, a financial analyst at BitRiver, commented on the situation in the foreign exchange market in an interview with FAN.
