It is not allowed to arrange for workers to work outdoors in the open air within 3 hours of the highest temperature period of the day; when the daily highest temperature is above 35°C and below 37°C , Employers should take shifts and other methods to shorten the continuous working hours of outdoor open-air workers, and must not arrange for workers to work overtime.

For workers who are not suitable for work in high temperature weather, it is necessary to negotiate and adjust work tasks in a timely manner, and pregnant female employees and minor workers shall not be arranged to engage in outdoor work in high temperature weather above 35°C and work in workplaces above 33°C; Symptomatic workers should immediately take corresponding treatment measures, and if necessary, send medical treatment in time.

Employers shall protect the rights and interests of labor remuneration, reasonably determine the workload and labor intensity of laborers in high temperature weather, shall not stop work, shorten working hours, or reduce labor wages due to high temperature weather, and shall timely pay qualified laborers.
