Accelerate the construction of the Hainan yacht industry reform and development innovation pilot area, support the development of innovative yacht industry in coastal cities such as Dalian, Qingdao, Weihai, Zhuhai, Xiamen, Beihai, build a number of yacht demonstration projects suitable for mass consumption, encourage and guide the development of various yacht races activities etc.
Hainan shall be supported to take the lead in launching the pilot yacht leasing, standardize the operation and management of yacht leasing, explore and innovate yacht safety management, and promote the consumption mode of yacht sharing in an orderly manner.
