2.6 billion dirhams real estate transactions in Dubai

Today, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 2.6 billion dirhams.

The department stated in a statement that it witnessed the registration of 552 pledges of allegiance worth 1.96 billion dirhams, including 68 pledges of land, worth 933.34 million dirhams, and 484 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, worth 1.02 billion dirhams, while mortgages were recorded at 683.91 million dirhams, while donations witnessed the registration of 21 gifts worth 16.52 million dirhams.

The most important land sales worth AED 400 million in the Al Wasl area, followed by a pledge of AED 205 million in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, and then a pledge of AED 116 million in the Dubai Maritime City area.

"Al-Habibiya Fifth" topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, with 37 pledges worth 93 million dirhams, followed by Jebel Ali First area with eight pledges worth 32 million dirhams, and the third in Al-Yafra 2 area, with five allegiances worth six million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 163 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area came as the most important pledge, followed by two pledges in the Palm Jumeirah area, the first with a value of 55 million dirhams, and the second with 24 million dirhams.

"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 115 pledges of 163 million dirhams, followed by Burj Khalifa with 36 pledges of 85 million dirhams, and third in "Al Barsha South Fourth" with 32 pledges of 25 million dirhams.
