1.1 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions today

The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.1 billion dirhams, and the department witnessed the registration of 420 allegiances worth 821.28 million dirhams, of which 71 were pledged allegiance to lands with a value of 230.26 million dirhams and 349 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 591.02 million dirhams.

The most important land sales of 19 million dirhams in the Al Barsha South Al Thaniah area, followed by a pledge of 18 million dirhams in the third Al Habiyah area, followed by a pledge of 15 million dirhams in the Al Barsha South Al Thaniah area.

Al Habiyah Fifth District topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 46 pledges worth 113 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali area with 12 pledges of 37 million dirhams, and the third in Al Habiya Third, with 3 pledges of 25 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 12 million dirhams came in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 10 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area.

Al Barsha South of the Fourth District topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, as it recorded 35 pledges of allegiance to the value of 24 million dirhams, followed by the area of ​​Al Barsha South of the Third with 35 pledges of 24 million dirhams, and the third in Business Bay with 34 pledges of 49 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 301.58 million dirhams, including 18 mortgages of land, valued at 183.1 million dirhams, and 74 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 118.49 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 25 donations worth Dh30.19 million were registered, the most important of which were in the Dubai Marina area with a value of Dh11 million, and another in Al Barsha South of the Fourth, with a value of Dh5 million.
