The Government stops its assault on the INE with the appointment of Manzanera and calms officials and Europe

Manzanera has developed her entire career in Andalusia, in positions far from politics for the most part and who, in addition, was appointed president of the Andalusian Institute of Statistics and Cartography in the first months of the first Government of

She depended, specifically, on the Ministry of Economy that managed

, which helps to avoid suspicions about her possible relationship with the PSOE, and sources from the Board confirm that she enjoyed a good reputation.
