China News Service, August 3. According to the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture People's Government, the "Implementation Opinions of the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture People's Government on Promoting the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Industry" was recently issued.
The "Opinions" propose that real estate development enterprises should be supported to sell commercial housing through "shared property rights". The buyer can purchase no less than 50% of the property rights in advance, and the remaining property rights will continue to be held by the real estate development company, leased by the buyer, and then used by both parties according to the agreement of the two parties. The contract provides for the purchase of the remaining property rights.
