The "Implementation Opinions" mainly include gradually improving the overall coordination mechanism of land reserves at the city and district levels, promoting the sale of mature land parcels in an orderly manner through the linkage of housing and land prices, vigorously developing affordable rental housing, and focusing on revitalizing and building talent housing. Accelerate the urban renewal work, improve the real estate market transaction management, support the reasonable housing needs of residents, provide housing subsidies for households with two and three children, strengthen the quality control of real estate projects, and strengthen the release of external information.
The "Implementation Opinions" clarifies that from the date of issuance to December 31, 2022, the second- and third-child households of the city's registered households who newly purchase new commercial housing will be given 300 yuan per square meter (single unit does not exceed 50,000 yuan). ), 500 yuan per square meter (no more than 100,000 yuan for a single set), and the relevant implementation rules will be released separately.
