  The C919 large passenger aircraft is a large civil jet aircraft developed by my country in accordance with international civil aviation regulations and with independent intellectual property rights.

The final assembly was completed on November 2, 2015, and the first flight was successfully completed on May 5, 2017. On May 14 this year, COMAC successfully completed the first flight test of the first C919 large aircraft to be delivered to the first user.

  On March 1, 2021, China Eastern Airlines, as the world's first launch user of the domestically produced large aircraft C919, officially signed a C919 large passenger aircraft purchase contract with COMAC in Shanghai. The first batch of 5 aircrafts was introduced, and China Eastern Airlines became the first operation in the world. The airline with the C919 jumbo jet.

According to the preliminary arrangement of China Eastern Airlines, after the introduction of the five aircraft, Shanghai will be the main base, and routes from Shanghai to Beijing Daxing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xiamen, Wuhan, Qingdao, etc. will be encrypted.

In addition, Air China, China Southern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Happiness Airlines, Hebei Airlines, etc. are also interested in ordering.

A total of 815 orders from 28 customers have been accumulated.

According to China Eastern's 2021 annual report, China Eastern plans to introduce 3 C919 large aircraft in 2022 and 2 in 2023.

  It is understood that COMAC has also submitted an airworthiness application to the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for the C919 to prepare for potential export orders, and has been accepted by EASA.

As the main review body of the C919 aircraft, the Civil Aviation Shanghai Certification Center has also revealed that EASA has also participated in multiple certification reviews of the C919 aircraft before.

However, the final assembly and production place of C919 is in China. The Civil Aviation Administration of China is the main country for reviewing C919 aircraft, and EASA mainly conducts accreditation and review according to the requirements of the European Union.

Therefore, first obtaining the China Airworthiness Certificate (Type Certificate) is one of the steps for the C919 aircraft to obtain the EASA Airworthiness Certificate (Type Approval Certificate) and export.

  Recently, the domestic large aircraft C919 has appeared in many airports across the country.

On July 4th, C919 landed at Yantai Penglai International Airport; on July 5th, C919 completed takeoff and landing at Zhengzhou Airport in the rain for the first time; at 12:01 on July 7th, domestic large aircraft C919 landed at Wuhan Tianhe Airport; July 8th On July 12, the C919 made its first flight to Beijing Daxing International Airport.
