Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department exceeded 1.8 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 386 pledges of allegiance, valued at 1.14 billion dirhams, of which 36 were allegiance to land, with a value of 395.92 million dirhams, and 350 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with a value of 744.76 million dirhams.

The most important land sales worth 101 million dirhams came in the "Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens" area, followed by a pledge of 87 million dirhams in the "Palm Jumeirah" area.

"Al Habiya Fifth" region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, after it recorded eight sales worth 16 million dirhams, followed by "Jebel Ali First" region, with four sales worth 10 million dirhams.

And a pledge of 37 million dirhams in the “Palm Jumeirah” area came as the most important sale of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 18 million dirhams in the “Al Thanya Fifth” area.

"Dubai Marina" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 40 pledges worth 87 million dirhams, followed by the "Business Bay" area with 32 pledges of 49 million dirhams, and the third in the "Burj Khalifa" area with 27 pledges of 81 million dirhams .

In turn, the mortgages recorded a value of 650.55 million dirhams, of which 18 mortgages of land valued at 286.4 million dirhams, and 94 mortgages for villas and apartments worth 364.15 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the "Business Bay" area with a value of 312 million dirhams.

As for donations, it witnessed the registration of 23 donations worth 52.58 million dirhams, the most important of which were in the “Jumeirah First” area, with a value of 21 million dirhams, and another in the “Dubai Marina” area with a value of eight million dirhams.
