[Explanation] As the guest country of the 2nd China International Consumer Goods Expo, the French National Pavilion opened on July 26, bringing together 14 French companies from the consumer fields such as beauty, fashion, and jewelry.

It is reported that more than 50 French companies participated in the Expo with more than 240 brands, making it the largest country outside China.

  [Explanation] The total exhibition area of ​​French brands in the second Consumer Expo is about 2,988 square meters, and the exhibition area, enterprises and brands far exceed the first one.

The French National Pavilion focuses on French products in the fields of fashion, beauty, food and service, showing French life and art.

  [Explanation] French Ambassador to China Ro Liang said in a speech that in recent years, the trade between France and China has shown vigorous vitality. The luxury goods exported by France to China have doubled compared with 2019, and they have re-ranked the top source countries of China's imported wine. In 2008, it became the world's largest export market for French cosmetics.

The French exhibitors will show high-quality products to Chinese consumers and professional buyers.

  At present, the growth rate of our brand Daniel Hechter in China is very fast, and it is even the fastest growing (regional) in Daniel Hechter's global turnover.

We believe that some product development concepts in China have influenced our global design concepts.

In particular, the concept of enabling elegant life with technology and fashion has been integrated into our global products. We are very optimistic about the future development of the Chinese consumer market.

  [Explanation] Ni Qiang, vice governor of Hainan Province, said that the results of French companies participating in the first consumer expo exceeded expectations, and many companies landed in Hainan Free Trade Port.

Hainan is promoting a higher level of opening up, and will fully support French companies to set up Asia-Pacific headquarters in Hainan, and provide good services for French entrepreneurs to invest and develop in Hainan.
