There are more than 100 emerald pools of different shapes and sizes, square or round, in the Emerald Valley.
It is named because the pool water is either crystal clear or emerald green, and it is colorful, just like emeralds falling into the valley.
Dangerous peaks in the valley are beautiful, strange rocks contend, dense forests and fragrant flowers and plants.
The largest color pool in Emerald Valley covers an area of nearly 1,000 square meters, and there are more than 40 color pools with an area of more than 100 square meters.
Among them, the famous ones are Longfeng Pond, Huajing Pond, Green Pearl Pond, Yuhuan Pond and so on.
In recent years, Tangkou Town, Huangshan District, where Emerald Valley is located, has helped rural revitalization through the development of tourism. The town takes the expansion of the village's collective economy as its breakthrough point, the increase of farmers' income as its core, and the homestay alliance as a link, and the tourism industry continues to grow.
