Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department registered more than 1.2 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 419 pledges of allegiance worth 1.05 billion dirhams, of which 73 pledged allegiance to lands worth 300.16 million dirhams, and 346 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas worth 745.91 million dirhams.

The most important land sales worth AED 27 million were in the “Nad Al Sheba First” area, followed by two sales of AED 18 and 17 million, respectively, in the “Al Merkadh” area.

"Al Hebiya Fifth" region topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, with 42 allegiances worth 81 million dirhams, followed by "Jebel Ali First" region with 10 sales worth 36 million dirhams, and the third in "Al-Markadh" with six allegiances worth 87 million dirhams.

Two pledges of 18 million dirhams each in the “Jumeirah II” area were the most important sales of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of the same value in the “Wadi Al Safa 3” area.

"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 60 pledges worth 67 million dirhams, followed by the "Dubai Marina" area with 46 pledges of 165 million dirhams, and the third in the "Burj Khalifa" area, with 40 pledges worth 74 million dirhams .

In turn, the mortgages recorded a value of 159.99 million dirhams, including 15 mortgages of land, worth 28.1 million dirhams, and 58 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 131.89 million dirhams. million dirhams.

As for the donations, four donations worth 48.88 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which was in the "Saih Shuaib 2" area with a value of 35 million dirhams, and another in the "Palm Jumeirah" area with a value of 11 million dirhams.
