Wang Songbo, deputy director of the Comprehensive Planning Department of the Ministry of Transport, said that by 2035, all counties and cities across the country will be able to access ordinary national highways within 15 minutes, and prefecture-level administrative centers and cities and counties with a population of more than 100,000 will be able to access national expressways within 30 minutes.
