GIE: Germany increased gas injection into UGS facilities after the resumption of Nord Stream operation

According to RIA Novosti, this is evidenced by the data of the Association of European Gas Infrastructure Operators (Gas Infrastructure Europe, GIE).

It is noted that since the resumption of exports via Nord Stream, the injection rate has increased from 0.1 percentage points (p.p.) per day to 0.39 p.p.

on the gas day on July 23 (ended on July 24 at 7:00 Moscow time).

Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz commented on the situation with gas supplies from Russia.

He called "unconvincing" the arguments of the Russian side about the reduction of gas supplies via Nord Stream for technical reasons.
