After Dubai's important announcement to transform the site, which hosted the best edition in the history of the International Expo, into an integrated city that reflects the forward-looking and promising vision of the leadership, it is time for media marketing and promotion at all local, regional and international levels.

The Dubai government’s investment to build a new city between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, to be truly the “city of the future.” Undoubtedly, the prospective city will require great effort to be an extension of the urban culture established by Dubai real estate, and to create a new exceptional success experience added to the architectural icons in the emirate.

In addition to the launch of “Expo City Dubai” as an extension of the objectives of “Expo 2020 Dubai” and its success, which was witnessed far and wide, the city, through its strategic location, will continue to stimulate human imagination, and support innovation and creativity in various fields, as it will embrace modern facilities and unprecedented engineering landmarks. And amazing digital and infrastructure that truly embodies the future of smart cities.

The future of the Expo 2020 Dubai site has been at the heart of the planning process from the beginning, as it was decided to retain 80% of the event’s infrastructure as part of the transformation of the site into the “Dubai Expo City”, which is also part of the “Dubai Comprehensive Urban Plan 2040”.

Hence, the importance of appointing a preparatory committee for the new city, which aims to follow up its affairs and work to implement the decisions and recommendations of the committee, to ensure its establishment to the fullest extent. The residents wish it 50 years from now, and to be the best experience of living and working not only in the region, but the whole world.

It is also necessary to work to bring the best expertise and competencies, while maximizing the use of digital technologies in the details of the city, to be the smart city of the future that everyone hopes.

On the other hand, conditions must be set in buildings and constructions within the city, to comply with environmental sustainability standards, as it includes more than 120 buildings approved by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design system, in addition to approving incentives and facilities to encourage companies to come and work in the new city, and launch investment projects. The region is "pristine" in terms of investment in general, whether residential or commercial projects.

Therefore, it is appropriate to launch workshops, prepare studies with experts and specialists, to identify the requirements, so that the project is implemented as required, and to develop plans that help to overcome the obstacles that may appear from time to time.

It has also become necessary to promote the city externally, so that it can attract foreign investments that will help it implement its strategic plans in record time, through which it will become a new home for global real estate innovation, and a model for future cities.
