  In terms of the regulation of online live broadcast marketing, the regulations stipulate that the online live broadcast marketing platform shall authenticate the identity information of the live broadcast room operators and live broadcast marketers; it shall strengthen the information security management of jump services such as links and QR codes in the live broadcast room. Prevent information security risks.

In the event of disputes arising from consumers jumping to other platforms to purchase goods or accept services through links in the live broadcast room, QR codes, etc., the live broadcast marketing platform shall assist consumers in safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests, and provide relevant records and other necessary information and data.
