The Albago Group has announced the sale of the luxurious Framed Allure Villa on Frond G of the famous Palm Jumeirah at a price of 35 million US dollars, equivalent to 128.5 million dirhams.

The villa, a unique engineering masterpiece, is the signature of award-winning architecture firm EAA-Emre Arollat ​​for the development of contemporary architecture.

The five-bedroom villa extends over an area of ​​16,000 square feet, with an interior space of 18,000 square feet, spread over four floors, including the basement, the ground floor, the first and second floors, and is a contemporary work of art that combines harmonious architectural styles and touches, inspired by contemporary artistic standards and concepts. .

 It is scheduled to complete the work on the villa in the last quarter of this year, to be one of the most prominent features of the architectural scene in Dubai.

We initially wanted to create a unique architectural design, and we are pleased with the results of our work, as The villa is unique in a tight engineering design, the materials we used give it a feeling of stability and tranquility.

In the middle of the villa is a three-storey reception hall for ease of movement, with a panoramic view of the sea.

The en-suite bedrooms include additional spaces for studying, working or practicing favorite hobbies with stunning sea views, as well as gardens and scattered green spaces.”
