The new GLC is exclusively available as a "light hybrid" version.

The engines are all 4-cylinder petrol or diesel (only the latter are offered at launch), combined with a second-generation integrated starter-alternator (ISG), which provides an additional 23 kW in certain situations.

On the chassis side, we note the appearance of a new four-link axle at the front and a multi-link independent rear suspension.

The optional rear axle steering and the more direct steering ratio on the front axle give the GLC a special agility.

The steering angle on the rear axle can reach 4.5 degrees.

This reduces the turning circle by 90 centimeters, to 10.9 meters.

Another highlight of the GLC is the presence of a trailer maneuvering assistant, which makes driving a car/trailer combination as safe and pleasant as possible.

The 4MATIC all-wheel drive also offers exceptional traction on any terrain.

The latest generation of the MBUX infotainment system with two large screens as standard and full-screen navigation makes the interior even more digital and intelligent.

The dialogue and learning capabilities of the "Hey Mercedes" voice assistant have been extended and with the MBUX Smart Home function it is now possible to make the GLC a mobile command center for the home.

The standard equipment of the new GLC has been significantly improved.

The Avantgarde line is notably standard, as are the most popular features, such as large screens, smartphone integration, wireless charging and heated front seats.

In addition, the logic of the offer has been considerably simplified for customers in order to reduce the tedious choice of many individual options.

Functional gear that is frequently ordered together is now grouped into gear packs based on actual purchase behavior.

There are very few other functional options available.

With regard to design options such as colors, upholstery, decorative inserts and rims, customers can continue to configure their vehicle individually.

The new Mercedes-Benz GLC is available from €60,700.
