“While the United States and the European Union exhaust themselves with extortion, euphemistically called “sanctions”, against Russia and other countries that do not follow their dictates, the BRICS is moving forward in programs of development, economic integration and profitable trade for its members,” argues in an article entitled "BRICS for strengthening the economy and a multipolar world" by its author Hedelberto López Blanche.
